Il computer si blocca il primo giorno di vita a causa del primo aggiornamento : devi acquistare recovery disk
Situazione irreale. Ora siamo proprio alla frutta ! Un povero cristo acquista un computer , lo accende , partono gli aggiornamenti obbligatori “Mandatory” , il computer non riparte . Il povero cristo non ha avuto il tempo di creare il Recovery Disk e chiede aiuto a HP. Hp rispone : Devi ordinare il recovery disk a 40 $.

“First day of my computer. Mandatory Windows 10 update failed, system crashed and now will not boot. Recovery boot option not working/found. System did not come with recovery media so trying to figure out how to reinstall windows on device. I get a blue screen titled RECOVERY, your device needs to be repaired. Thoughts or ideas on how to perform a recovery?”

OR-Your Windows 10 license key is embedded in BIOS and you can reinstall Windows without Recovery Media. Microsoft provides the free Media Creation Tool to download files and create a Windows 10 usb flash drive.Big advantage is you will have latest updated version of Windows 10. At least 8gb flash drive required:

Select Download tool now, and select Run.
If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.
On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.
Select the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for Windows 10.

E se il povero cristo ha solo un pc a casa ? Come deve fare ?
Per ora dimentichiamoci che questo cliente ha solo un pc. Vi sembra normale che per un malfunzionamento derivante da un aggiornamento al primo avvio del computer debba pagare il cliente ? Il computer l’ha pagato e ha pagato anche il sistema operativo. E i soliti diranno “perchè con linux questo non succede?” . Certo che succede, di rado, ma succede, e c’è una cosa che è assolutamente diversa: il sistema operativo è Gratuito !
